Employee resource groups (ERGs)

We’re all on a continuous learning journey. Led by employees, our ERGs amplify the voices of Indexers from around the world to help build community and foster an inclusive environment. ERGs are open to all Indexers and provide educational resources, workshops and events, and safe discussion spaces.

What does being an ally mean to you? At Index, we encourage and support allyship so we can foster an environment of inclusion and make a difference both inside and outside our workplace.

BRIDGE

Index is a proud member of BRIDGE, an industry trade organization helping companies incorporate inclusion into their business practices. Index CMO Lori Goode serves on the board.

IAB

IAB champions diversity within digital advertising by driving workforce development initiatives and education that promote a more equitable industry. We are members of multiple global IAB organizations and participate in a range of initiatives related to DEI&B.

She Runs It

She Runs It is dedicated to supporting and advancing women in marketing, media, and tech through leadership development, networking, and advocacy initiatives. As longstanding members, we encourage Indexers to take part in networking and mentorship opportunities as well as sponsor and co-host industry events.

Women in Programmatic

The Women in Programmatic Network (TWIPN) fosters a community for women in the programmatic advertising industry, offering networking opportunities, knowledge-sharing, and professional development to support career growth and empowerment. Several Indexers hold local leadership roles within TWIPN, and we regularly collaborate on programming and events to advance women in the industry.

DEI&B programming at Index

Our DEI&B core team and ERGs work together to create opportunities for Indexers to broaden their understanding and knowledge. We share learning materials through our group Slack channels, hold peer discussions on popular topics, and host panels and fireside chats with our team members or guest speakers.

Our goal is to celebrate our entire community and create a culture of inclusivity and belonging. Our programming calendar includes dates for events, holidays, and observances this year along with advice and ideas to acknowledge them within your own workplace.
