The Payroll and HR Operations Administrator provides essential front-line HR services to internal stakeholders across the organization. This role focuses managing administering day-to-day tasks within various HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, global payroll, benefits, and system administration. The successful candidate will work with a global team in a fast-paced technology environment, focusing on process improvement and data accuracy.

Here’s What You’ll be Doing:

  • HR Services, Systems Maintenance & Payroll: Provide comprehensive support for payroll, benefits, leaves, onboarding, offboarding, and other HR inquiries. Prepare monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in calculations. Review and resolve discrepancies and address employee inquiries related to payroll. Perform regular updates and maintenance on the HRIS.
  • Onboarding/Offboarding/Leave Coordination: Administer the onboarding process, including task automation, coordination with relevant departments, and tracking progress. Administer offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and compliance.
  • Process and Workflows Management: Administer and optimize HR processes and workflows within the HRIS system for onboarding, offboarding, and employee data changes. Handle all requests related to employee data updates and role changes. Ensure all processes are efficient and compliant with company policies.
  • Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely data collection and management for all employee lifecycle events. Perform regular audits of HR systems, manage electronic employee files, and track HR data points. Seek opportunities to streamline and integrate HR processes for improved efficiency.
  • Employee Support: Respond to and resolve employee inquiries regarding HR processes, policies, and systems. Provide guidance and support to ensure employees receive accurate information and assistance.

Here's What You Need:

  • University degree in Human Resources or related field with HR management certification.
  • CHRP/CHRL designation or completion within 24 months of hire.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a payroll and HR services role preferably in a global organization.
  • Experience with Dayforce (Ceridian) or similar HRIS/payroll software
  • Understanding of global payroll fundamentals.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience in the tech industry is a plus.
  • Strong integrity, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in managing HR processes and data across systems.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information is critical to this position.
