Key appointments strengthen demand partnerships and talent acquisition efforts
Index Exchange Inc. (Index), one of the world’s largest independent ad exchanges, today announced the hiring of Jared Lansky as senior vice president of platform partnerships and Tammy Connelly as vice president of talent acquisition.
Jared Lansky will lead Index’s demand-side platform (DSP) team, driving strategy for Index’s global DSP partnerships. Prior to joining Index, Lansky served as senior vice president of partnerships at MediaMath. His previous experience also includes positions at Anyword, Sourcepoint Technologies, and Google. Lansky’s focus on ensuring the continued growth and performance of Index’s DSP partners will help media buyers gain further access to and control over Index’s premium supply— access that will empower DSPs to focus on driving successful outcomes for their marketing partners.
Tammy Connelly comes to Index with six years of experience at Shopify, Canada’s largest technology company, where she was most recently director of talent. Connelly’s extensive career includes leading a team of over 100 recruiters and driving global recruiting across all disciplines. She will lead Index’s talent acquisition team and play a critical role in aligning the company’s talent strategy with its growth objectives.
“It’s an exciting time to join Index as we enter the next phase in our accelerated growth and continue to deepen our relationships with customers,” said Jessica Breslav, chief customer officer at Index Exchange. “We’re thrilled to welcome Jared and Tammy to the team.”
