What does the interview process look like?
The interview process for each position varies. However, all applicants will submit an application, interview with our recruitment team, and participate in multiple in-person or virtual interviews with the hiring manager and other team members. Once your interviews are complete, we’ll debrief as a team and provide you with our decision and feedback.
Tip: Remember, an interview is always a two-way discussion. Bring any questions you have for our team, and we’ll do our best to answer.

Are you hiring for any remote roles?
Most of our roles are based out of our major office hubs. Indexers work from the office Tuesday through Thursday with the option to work remotely the remaining two days. Indexers can also opt to work from another location four weeks out of the year. There are only a few specific roles and locations where we hire remote employees.
